NEW RESTAURANT OPENING! Boston’s Himmel Hospitality Group is excited to announce that they’ll be launching Grand Banks in early July (joining sister restaurants Grill 23 & Bar, Bistro du Midi, and Harvest).
Grand Banks, a revival of the New England Fish House, will offer inspired seafood dishes and a fresh take on classic New England Fare. Grand Banks Fish House is a collaboration between restaurateur Chris Himmel and Chef Robert Sisca.
Located in the heart of Back Bay at 406 Stuart Street, Grand Banks will offer two floors of seafood-focused dining, two large bars and a working raw bar.
Under the direction of Chef/Partner Robert Sisca, they are looking to build their team. They are currently looking to interview candidates for:
* Executive Sous Chef
* Restaurant Managers
* Sous Chefs
Successful candidates will have appropriate restaurant experience, proven skills, excellent work ethic and outstanding hospitality mentality.
