Grafton Grill is looking for a working Sous Chef who will assist their chef in the overall operations for the back of house and kitchen area of the restaurant. The Sous Chef must have experience in pantry, grill and sauté. They will be responsible for cooking as well as purchasing food and making sure everyone is trained on proper food preparation and kitchen safety techniques. Full time position.
