We are looking for a Host with experience & willing to learn! The Garrison House is part of Hawkeye Hospitality Group. We believe in establishing a culture around a solid group of people that are looking to give the best service to all of our guests coming in the door.
The responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Seat guests and manage the seating chart on OpenTable to ensure efficient table turnover
- Provide guests with menus and answer any questions they may have about menu items
- Take and relay accurate food and beverage orders to the kitchen staff
- Monitor dining areas to ensure cleanliness and proper set-up
- Assist in resolving any guest complaints or issues in a timely manner
- Collaborate with other restaurant staff to provide excellent customer service
- Operate the Toast POS system to process payments and manage takeout orders
What we are looking for in a team member:

- Nights/weekend Availability
- Restaurant experience
