We are looking for an organized, driven, savvy someone to help us in our kitchen as a high-volume Prep Cook/Sandwich Pro. We are seeking someone skilled in prepping [receiving & breaking down produce & proteins, preparing sauces & marinades, cooking in batches, with solid knife skills, etc.] who respects the people around them and the products they work with. We offer an ingredient-driven, quality-focused environment that is low-stress and collaborative. We foster a culture of inclusivity, diversity, and creativity. We have a small, friendly, hard-working team and wish to add someone who is enthusiastic, aware, meticulous, and process driven.
