Fox & the Knife offers traditional Italian food with a modern sensibility, focusing on their handmade pastas, bright antipasti and their Aperitivi and Amaro programs.
The right candidate for this position is an industry professional with at least 2 years of experience in upscale casual or fine dining restaurants. The Chef will work directly with Akunowicz and Chef de Cuisine Tessa Bristol.
Candidates must have a passion for cooking, an eye for detail and strong leadership qualities. Experience with fresh pasta and Italian cuisine preferred, and creativity a must. They are looking for an enthusiastic, systems oriented, hospitality pro who thrives in an open kitchen. High commitment to kindness, quality and guest experience are of utmost importance.
