Work every station of the open kitchen and wood-fired 8 ft grill for a new experience every day. Be a part of menu development and recipe creations in a fun and open environment. Teach and mentor line cooks and assist in developing their culinary craft. A Sous Chef will assist in the culinary operation of both the banqueting and restaurant divisions. Kitchen management experience and leadership skills are a must! Along with the Executive Chef and the Executive Sous Chef, a Sous Chef will assist in creating and leading the execution of the menus while meeting Forge & Vine standards and exceeding the expectations of their guests.
