Forage in Cambridge is accepting resumes for a Sous Chef.
They are looking for an enthusiastic and curious sous chef to round out their team. They have a unique and playful attitude toward farm-to-table dining that puts their farmers’ and foragers’ food at the center of the story.
You will be in working along side of Chef Eric Cooper. You should be able to read and follow recipes and maintain health department, food quality, and restaurant standards.
The position requires and at least 1 year experience as lead line cook or sous chef.
This is a great opportunity to explore, experiment and learn. In addition to cooking on the line and running service when the chef is away, you will be expected to help with ordering and inventory, develop new menu items, prepare food from scratch and put by produce for the winter.
