Forage is looking for a humble, ego-free full time server with a genuinely positive attitude and sense of urgency who is dependable, focused and hospitality-driven.
Forage is a hyper seasonal/local farm to table restaurant. At the helm of Forage is owner/ general manager Stan Hilbert, chef Eric Cooper, and bar manager Joe Choiniere. The trio has worked together for the last seven years at Ten Tables in Jamaica Plain and they have built on this on this collaboration to create a comfortable and hospitable environment at that is down to earth and maintains the highest standards for service and cuisine.
Candidates should have a few years of experience in a like-minded restaurant, be passionate about food & beverage and be able to work quickly & calmly while still maintaining a high level of service. A love for hospitality and a desire to learn about local food are a must. Ideal candidates work well in a team environment and are excited to discover new seasonal menu items and craft cocktails in a fast-paced and fun/positive atmosphere.
