They are a hyper seasonal/local farm to table restaurant. They focus obsessively on supporting and working with their farmer friends.
They will require you to perform a wide variety of tasks from pastries and preserving to vegetable prep, butchering and line cooking for this small, busy restaurant.
The ideal candidate will be energetic, enthusiastic & share their passion for local food. Weekend availability required.
