They are willing to train the right individual though you should have a few years of service experience in a like-minded restaurant. You must be passionate about food and beverage and be able to work quickly & calmly while still maintaining a high level of service. A love for hospitality and a desire to learn about local food are a must. Ideal candidates work well in a team environment and are excited to discover new seasonal menu items and craft cocktails in a fast-paced and fun/positive environment.
