If so, we have the opportunity for you! Flour Bakery + Cafe is looking for a full time Lead Prep.
Day-to-Day Performance Expectations:
- Execute prep list for savory and pastry items as written by kitchen manager or manager . Note the order in which tasks are to be completed.
- Provide support for coworkers in order to ensure prep is being done efficiently.
- Follow all recipes and techniques in food preparation.
- Be another set of eyes on product/Mom test
- Provide constructive feedback as needed
- Handle food and clean stations per standard sanitation procedures.
- Assist with kitchen upkeep and deep cleaning tasks when production list is complete
- Assist with checking in ordering from BK
- Help maintain an orderly and clean kitchen
- Cover all Kitchen managers days off
- Check-in each day when you arrive and leave with the FOH manager or
Kitchen Manager
- Plan any and all catering and special orders with FOH manager or Kitchen
Manager
- Place BK orders through Flexi
- Place vendor orders
- Inventory product to meet all BOH food pars
- Ensure stewards have a plan for the day and night

Compensation:
The starting wage for this position is $18 per hour.
