Flanders Field – Chef

Flanders Field, a new restaurant in Hanover is currently seeking a highly organized and professional individual to come on as the opening Chef.

The Chef will be responsible for all aspects of the kitchen operation including the following: menu and recipe development, food and labor management, cost controls and professional interaction with all staff and management. Candidates for this position must have experience in the kitchen and must be able to demonstrate the ability to develop a menu, hire, train and manage the entire kitchen staff.

The Chef is a key member of the management team and will need to have a strong drive towards constant improvement of product and service.
