Fat Hen, East Somerville newest addition to Greater Boston food scene is seeking a passionate, experienced full time Server to be a part of the team.
Nestled in the cozy, 30-seat space with an intimate open kitchen, Chef Brian Miller and his team turn out bowls of fresh pasta, and locally grown or foraged produce. The beverage program aims to harmonize with the menu and focuses on niche, off-beat Italian wines and along with amaros and a modest selection of cocktails.
Applicants should have experience in detail- and precision-oriented environments and demonstrate a history of success in high-quality food establishments. The Fat Hen service team will have a large amount of autonomy and server candidates should be comfortable with working with independence and integrity. Candidates who possess knowledge of all things Italian including, food, wine, amaros, and culture will be strongly considered. A consistent positive attitude and an earnest desire to provide warmth and hospitality are mandatory.
