They are centrally located in the historic Back Bay neighborhood nearby Newbury St, and their restaurant is known as one of the hottest dining destinations in Boston.

The Culinary Team is led by Executive Chef Zaid Khan. Chef Zaid has been with Fairmont for over 5 years now, and is looking for Culinary leaders to help take operations to the next level. They are looking for motivated, ready-to-learn individuals to join their team today.

They are currently seeking Chef De Cuisine, Sous Chef, and Line Cook applications.

The Chef De Cuisine and Sous Chef will supervise all phases of storing, preparing, producing, service, and sanitization for their two kitchens, to ensure a high quality product. Leaders are responsible for weekly scheduling, training, onboarding, colleague relations, and more.

Previous management experience is preferred; however not required. They encourage candidates at all levels to apply as they have multiple culinary roles open at this time both managerial and line level.
