Faccia Brutta – Sous Chef

Faccia Brutta is looking for a sous chef. Faccia Brutta is James Beard Award Winning Chefs Jamie Bissonnette and Ken Oringer‘s newest concept, a coastal Italian restaurant, recently opened on Newbury Street. Imagine the high energy from ToroCoppa, and Little Donkey with an elevated bright and airy vibe.

Sous Chef will be working alongside Chef Brian Rae who has worked with Oringer and Bissonnette for 5 years. The position requires and at least 5 years of kitchen experience. Come cook an exciting menu and work within a kitchen culture that embraces fun, creativity, accountability and education.
