Eva, a busy, fast-paced restaurant right on Newbury Street in the Back Bay, is looking to add a Sous Chef to the team.
The sous chef will work directly with Executive Chef Vince Carideo and General Manager Christian Touche to prep and execute the modern, Mediterranean style menu, which relies heavily on local and seasonal ingredients.
Requirements:

- Cleanliness
- Organization skills
- At least 3 years of restaurant experience
