Estella – Beverage Manager

Estella is looking for Beverage Manager to lead all aspects of the beverage program. The Bar Manager will promote and grow the business, hire and train bar staff, and ensure that patrons are receiving excellent drinks, food, and service. This position will also be responsible for creating new drinks, managing inventory and resources, planning promotional events, while ensuring quality and safety controls are followed.

The Bar Manager will create schedules, and set business objectives to increase profits and maximize customer satisfaction. You should also be able to work with diverse personalities and diffuse tense situations.


  • Comply with all food and beverage regulations
  • Liquor, beer, and N/A beverage inventory, as well as ordering
  • Establishing prep lists and cleanliness standards for bartenders/barbacks
  • Closing duties
  • Creating and maintaining proper scheduling
  • Assisting with general management of the restaurant
  • Training and adhering to best practices and company policies
  • Ensuring the best experience with high standards of service
  • Maintaining a fun, safe atmosphere for employees and patrons.
