The premium Culinary department at Fenway Park is looking to fill a few line cook spots in their flagship farm to table restaurant, the Dell EMC Club. Reap the benefits of having access to their own rooftop vegetable garden (Fenway Farm’s) as well as using top local purveyors like Savenors, Captain Marden’s Seafood & Ward’s Berry Farm giving reason why they preach to do "simple food real well” and “Keep It Simple Stupid.” Strong line skills of Grill/Sautee are preferred as well as humble, ego-free individual with a genuinely positive attitude and demeanor who are dependable, focused, and passionate. Applicants also should have a committed work ethic and a passion for the industry, as well as a desire to grow and learn in a dynamic work environment where the ability to multitask under high pressure is a must. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, stand and walk during shift, and be flexible with schedule availability as the schedule will include days, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Shifts can include 8am-4pm (for Red Sox day Games) and/or 2pm-10pm (for Red Sox Night Games). When the team goes away they do in house catered events nonstop throughout the season so there is always hours to be had. Serve Safe certification is a plus. $$ can range from 17$ to 19$per hour for the right candidate with anything past 8 hours in a day or 40 hours in a week being time and a half.
