East Bay Grille on the Plymouth waterfront has been the south shore’s premier dining destination for over 20 years. They are currently seeking an experienced sous chef to join their team for the upcoming season and beyond.
The Sous Chef position is responsible for
- Creating a team oriented and professional culture
- Flawless recipe execution
- Training and developing line level staff
- Maintaining a safe and clean facility
- Inventory, ordering, and day to day process management
- Cooking excellent food at multiple stations
- Front of the line expediting (experience with touch screen kitchen systems a plus)
They are seeking a Sous Chef with restaurant management experience and a deep knowledge of food. Candidates must be highly professional and dependable. They should be respectful, have a hands on management style, and propensity to lead by example.
Culinary degree preferred.
