Open 7 nights a week from 4 PM – 1 AM with menu availability from 4 PM – 11:30PM, Drink boasts a seasonally driven menu that changes regularly and the opportunity to work in a custom built kitchen with dedicated temperature controlled rooms for butchering meat and fish and a large cooking suite.
As Sous Chef, you will work with Drink’s Chef de Cuisine on menu development and execution, inventory and food cost optimization, hiring and training a small tight-knit team, and maintaining a clean and organized physical kitchen space.
Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years experience as a line cook and ideally 1 year experience at Sous Chef level. This is a full-time position, with an open schedule including evening and weekend availability required.
