Drink, Barbara Lynch Gruppo’s craft cocktail bar located in South Boston’s Fort Point neighborhood, is seeking a full-time Line Cook to join the team. This individual will be responsible for meat and fish fabrication, daily prep and cleaning projects, along with working service and maintaining a clean station. They are a small but tight-knit team, and they like to have fun while working hard. You will have the ability to incorporate your creative cooking style into their menu and they welcome your input and contributions.
Drink boasts a seasonally driven menu that changes regularly and the opportunity to work in a custom-built kitchen with dedicated temperature-controlled rooms for butchering meat and fish, a large cooking suite and the best possible equipment. Their Congress St. restaurants, Menton, Sportello, and Drink, share facilities and you will have the opportunity to be exposed not only to Drink’s program but also to those of Menton and Sportello.
