Drink is hiring! We’re seeking a bartender interested in going menu-free and utilizing their knowledge of cocktail recipes, ability to innovate on the fly, and great hospitality and listening skills to put the guests at ease during the process.
Drink is Barbara Lynch’s award-winning cocktail bar located in Boston’s Fort Point neighborhood. We’re dedicated to the craft of the cocktail blending time-honored techniques and classic cocktails with modern innovations and artisanal ingredients. The bartender is responsible for cocktail execution and guest service for Drink’s nightly cocktail party, which includes but is not limited to cocktail creation, hospitality-driven service, and execution of detailed recipes throughout the evening. Experience in high volume service and classic cocktails would be ideal for any potential applicant. Ideal candidates will be cocktail enthusiasts with an appreciation for well-made drinks, folks looking to learn more about the craft of bartending, and empathetic bartenders looking to have their guests leave happier than when they arrived. Indeed, applicants should be dedicated, passionate, and disciplined in their work as well as share the Barbara Lynch Collective commitment to hospitality and continued education. Evening and weekend availability is required as Drink is currently open Wednesday-Saturday 5pm-1am and Sunday 5pm-11pm.
