They are currently seeking qualified Sous Chefs, Assistant Manager, and an Event Coordinator to join them as a key part of the team, from planning to opening and beyond.

As a Sous Chef, you will be assisting the Head Chef with management of the kitchen team, and will be the person in charge in the kitchen in the Chef’s absence. In addition to cooking on the line, you will be assisting in menu development and specials, leading lunch and dinner services from behind the line and/or as expediter, supervising and completing daily prep, ordering, receiving, and attending management meetings.
5+ years of full time Foodservice/Hospitality Industry experience
2+ years of management experience for a kitchen staff of 10 or more, including expediting, ordering, and receiving responsibilities
Proficiency as a line cook in a fast-paced, quality scratch kitchen(s)
As an Assistant Manager, you will assist the FOH Manager in management of all FOH staff, including daily shift leadership and hands-on assistance during lunch and dinner services. Number one priority will be assisting in the hiring and training of an excellent FOH staff in preparation for opening. Ongoing responsibilities include: interviewing, hiring, training, scheduling, and supervising the staff, with a goal of striving for and maintaining low employee turnover and excellent service and hospitality. They are looking for a team player manager, one who is willing to jump in, lead by example, and assist the FOH staff and upper management in any way needed. They believe in the staff-first, trickle-down model of hospitality: train and treat your staff well, empower them, and they in turn will make guests happy.
6+ years of full time Foodservice/Hospitality Industry experience
2+ years of FOH management experience
As the event coordinator you will be responsible for booking, planning and executing public and private events in their event space (45 seated, 70 cocktail). Your job will be selling the space to clients by walking them through their options and maintaining constant communication from booking through following up post event. You will be responsible for through communication about the specifics of each event with FOH and BOH management teams, and will also be tasked with building relationships with local businesses and community organizations for event purposes. In addition, you will also help run shifts in their full service restaurant and be part of the FOH management team.
6+ years of full time Food service/Hospitality Industry experience
3+ years of FOH management experience
3+ years of Event Planning experience
