Davio’s Chestnut Hill is a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant with a large number of special events and banquets.
Qualified applicants must have natural hospitality, a great work ethic and previous fine dining Chef experience. Attention to detail must be evident in everything you do. Knowledge of profit and loss, food cost/inventory, labor controls and cookline management a must to qualify. Successful candidate is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the back-of-house, encompassing operational duties and financial responsibilities, providing leadership and management of all BOH staff and growing and developing the product and profitability.
