Davio’s Northern Italian Steakhouse is looking for experienced, hard-working kitchen professionals to help us deliver our world-class guest experience.
A minimum of 2-years cooking experience (preferably in fine-dining) is a must. We are seeking experienced LINE COOKS and PREP COOKS with impressive skills in the kitchen.
Must have prior and recent experience in a culinary role. Must be able to work long hours on your feet, move with speed and precision and have a working knowledge of food and ingredients.
Candidates must be ready to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment and practice safe working standards including food safety. Energy and enthusiasm are the two critical ingredients.
We are seeking professionals that have a previous background working with broilers, ovens, grills and fryers and can take direction and quickly adapt. Banquet and event experience is also a plus. Hours are flexible but weekends and evenings are a must.
