Davio’s Northern Italian Steakhouse, a busy, high-volume operation, seeks a dynamic, creative and highly motivated leader to join their successful restaurant group.

You must possess the following requirements:

  • High end, high volume restaurant experience
  • Able to work the line in a demanding, fast paced environment.
  • Possess high sanitation standards and a keen eye for detail.
  • The ability to motivate cooks and dishwashers and keep an upbeat team environment.
  • Create creative, cost effective specials utilizing local products that will exceed guest`s expectations.
  • Able to assist in controlling budgeted food and labor costs daily.
  • Experience in purchasing of perishable and nonperishable items as well as inventory control.
