Davio’s Northern Italian Steakhouse in Braintree, MA is looking for a Sous Chef to join their team.

Busy, high-volume operation seeking a dynamic, creative and highly motivated leader to join their successful restaurant group.

You must possess the following requirements:

  • High end, high-volume restaurant experience
  • Ability to work the line in a demanding, fast paced environment.
  • High sanitation standards and a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to motivate cooks and dishwashers and keep an upbeat team environment.
  • Create creative, cost effective specials utilizing local products that will exceed guests’ expectations.
  • Ability to assist in controlling budgeted food and labor costs daily.
  • Experience in purchasing of perishable and nonperishable items as well as inventory control.
