You must possess the following requirements:
- High end, high-volume restaurant experience
- Ability to work the line in a demanding, fast paced environment.
- High sanitation standards and a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to motivate cooks and dishwashers and keep an upbeat team environment.
- Create creative, cost effective specials utilizing local products that will exceed guests’ expectations.
- Ability to assist in controlling budgeted food and labor costs daily.
- Experience in purchasing of perishable and nonperishable items as well as inventory control.
