Dante – Sous Chef

Seeking seasoned Sous Chef to add to their team at Restaurant Dante. Currently the team operates il Casale Belmont, il Casale Lexington, Restaurant Dante, and The Wellington neighborhood eatery. Each of their locations are full-service 130+ seat restaurants. In all of their establishments they like to foster a fun learning environment where their staff operates as a team and is able to achieve their goals as individuals and as part of the company.

What they’re looking for in a Sous Chef:

  • Minimum of 2 years of Kitchen experience
  • A Sous Chef who cares for their staff and the guest’s experience
  • Knows how to create a positive energetic vibe in the kitchen
  • You have worked in many other positions within the Kitchen
  • Ability to learn, build your knowledge base, skills and grow within the company
  • Flexible availability
