DalMoros Fresh Pasta To Go originated in Venice, Italy as the world’s first fast-casual, Fresh Pasta concept. DalMoros serves Fresh Pasta and Homemade Sauces in convenient to-go style boxes topped with different varieties of meats, cheeses, vegetables, seasonings, and breadsticks. DalMoros recently opened its first location in the United States in 2021 and is looking to quickly expand throughout the United States.
Overview
DalMoros is opening its first two locations in the Northeast at the world famous Quincy Market in Faneuil Hall and the new CanalSide Food Hall at the CambridgeSide Galleria Mall. We are looking for experienced and energetic individuals to fill the role of General Manager. You will be responsible for all operations, including hiring, training, purchasing, and inventory management. Training will occur on-site at our location in Tampa, FL for one week. Travel, room, and meals will be covered during this paid training. We are a very fast-growing brand with many opportunities available in the future.
Responsibilities:
- Opening Team: responsible for helping get the space ready for initial opening, including setup of equipment, hiring & training initial team, and fine-tuning the flow of operations within the new space
- Purchasing: you will be responsible for ordering from and maintaining relationships with all of our vendors
- Inventory Management: maintaining proper inventory levels to ensure we do not stock out and waste is recorded; inventory management is done through the software platform Restaurant365
- Team Management: all things related to scheduling, hiring, and training your team
- Quality Control: ensuring recipes are followed, quality of meals are consistent, and presentation meets our standards
- Financials: working with upper management to keep food & labor costs down, increase sales, and manage other operations expenses to meet budgetary goals without affecting quality
Qualifications:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant – quick service restaurant experience preferred
- “Lead by Example” – must be a great communicator and teacher
- Strong organization skills
Compensation:
- $60,000-$70,000 base salary; performance bonuses available
