DALI KITCHEN MANAGER ~ Spanish Restaurant
Base Salary ~ $1,600/week

DALI Restaurant and Tapas Bar (1989 ~ 35 yrs) introduced Spanish Tapas to the Boston area and is now looking for a FT experienced Kitchen Manager Wed-Sun (closed Mon-Tues) with the following qualifications:

  • very experienced in Day Prep and Nite Line management
  • proficient in English and Spanish and good communicator
  • can do Food Costs, Product Ordering, Quality Control
  • has a simpatico personality and can maintain a positive/productive Team thru mutual respect
  • has ServSafe and Allergen certifications re food safety and hygiene standards
  • Schedule: Wed-Sat~8am-4:30pm and Sun~1pm-11pm (up to 45 hrs/wk)
  • can start training immediately at $25/hr training rate for 2-3 weeks prior to $1,600/wk salary after satisfactory review
  • can experience cooking as a JOY and not just a JOB
