The award winning Cusser’s Boston is hiring a Kitchen Manager to lead their Time Out Market location.
This candidate should bring excitement and energy to their growing fast casual restaurant concept. With future locations on the horizon, this candidate will have opportunities to grow with the group.
The kitchen manager will lead all areas of kitchen operations including production and execution. They must be equipped to lead and supervise lunch and dinner service with attention to detail and precision.
Ideal candidates should have at least 2 years of experience working in a fast paced, high volume restaurant or food hall.
Competitive base salary based on prior experience.
Other responsibilities include:
- Open communication with Culinary Director, Owner, and GM
- Lead, execute/assist with lunch and dinner service
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen
- Train newly onboarded line and prep cooks
- Manage ordering and inventory
