Cusser’s is a growing fast-casual concept from the team behind the popular 80 Thoreau restaurant and Mooncusser Fish House. It currently operates full-time in Back Bay, as a pop-up in Concord and has two food hall projects in the works.
They are looking for an experienced culinary director to manage production, training, sourcing and recipe development for all locations. This position will include preparation of the bulk commissary items as well as working shifts at all locations. Experience with a broad range of culinary and restaurant styles, as well as previous management experience are required. This is a great opportunity for a candidate who is looking for something a little different than a typical, one-restaurant chef position.
