Cusser’s – Executive Sous Chefs

In preparation for their new locations opening in 2021, the award winning Cusser’s Boston is hiring Executive Sous Chefs to join their growing team. Cusser’s is hiring for their flagship location in Back Bay, as well as their new Boston food hall locations located at Time Out Market and Hub Hall Boston.

The executive sous chefs will assist in all areas of kitchen operations including production and execution. They must be equipped to lead and supervise a tight knit back of house team by creating a healthy and supportive work environment. Ideal candidates should have at least 3 years of experience working in a fast paced, high volume restaurant as a sous chef or line cook.

Other responsibilities include:

  • Open communication with Culinary Director, Owner, and GM
  • Lead, execute/assist with lunch and dinner service
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen
  • Train newly onboarded line and prep cooks
  • Manage ordering and inventory
  • Scheduling
