Independent restaurant company looking for Exec Chef for its flagship restaurant on NH Seacoast. Restaurant features “American Grill” type of menu, Award Winning wine list and a high level of FOH service. Restaurant serves weekend Brunch, Lunch and Dinner Daily and has two private dining rooms for social events and functions.
EC is responsible for menu development and execution, purchasing and procurement, kitchen staff selection, training management and leadership with other like admin duties. Fine Dining restaurant experience or high volume experience in an “upper casual” environment is preferred.
Compensation includes Competitive Salary, Performance Bonus, Health and Dental Insurance, Holiday/Vacation allowance and a 5 day work week. Looking for a late March start date.
