Coquette is Coje Group’s newest restaurant, a beautiful French inspiration in the Omni Seaport Hotel. Coquette is looking for an Executive Sous Chef to help guide their team in creating an over the top dining experience for all our guests. As Executive Sous Chef, you will work closely with the chef to insure the highest quality of dishes in a busy environment.
Some responsibilities are:
- daily tasting for quality assurance
- training prep and line cooks
- assisting the chef with orders and inventory
- leading a large culinary team in a lively environment
