Coppa is looking for line cooks. Coppa is a neighborhood Enoteca by Jamie Bissonnette and Ken Oringer. They create a work environment that supports learning, while promoting financial health and well-being. The common threads of their team are quality, creativity and challenge. They offer competitive pay and benefits, plus a 3% wellness fee. Full-time line cooks will be trained on all of the following stations: Saute, Garde Manger and Wood Oven. At Coppa you will cook high quality seasonal and local ingredients to create Italian cuisine with global riffs. You will gain culinary techniques and knowledge, organization and small business acumen.
