Coppa – FOH Manager

James Beard Award winning Chefs Ken Oringer and Jamie Bissonnette along with General Manager Ryan Millian, are currently looking for a FOH Manager to join the team at Coppa.

Candidates should be organized, have the innate ability to thrive in a fast paced environment and be eager to harness their brand. They should be able to multitask while maintaining an inviting and warm disposition. Candidates should be able to work just as well independently as they do in a team setting. They are a leader in the dining room and will assist in overseeing execution of service while ensuring all policies and standards are met. Ideal candidates will possess impeccable attention to detail as well as a strong work ethic and be dedicated to joining a team embracing culture and education.

Management experience preferred but willing to train the right person who is passionate and eager to grow in this industry.
