Confidential – Kitchen Manager

We are a beloved taqueria and bar in Cambridge MA. We are looking for a professional and bilingual Spanish/English speaking Kitchen Manager to help lead our team alongside our chef/owner.

This is a professional position with professional compensation. Excellent performance in training and directing staff, and ensuring that our food is delicious are the key aspects of the job. Additionally, duties include managing the prep lists and kitchen production, taking inventories, ordering products, and seeing that products are received and put away properly. Overseeing kitchen organization, cleanliness, and safe food handling are also important responsibilities for this position. Lastly and most important is having fun with staff and customers and providing the most loved Mexican fare in the city.

We are an independent and locally owned business where both owners are dedicated and involved with the daily operation. We care about our staff and guests!

Cooking and management experience in a successful professional kitchen is a must. Required traits include patience, integrity, diplomacy, reliability, teamwork, social intelligence, and positivity.

Paid time off, sick pay, vacations, and health insurance are included. Shifts are typically 7am – 4pm 5 to 6 days a week but availability some evenings may be required.
