An established seacoast NH restaurant is seeking a head chef. They are a small, 90 seat restaurant that focuses on local sourcing, execution, process, organization, hospitality and a positive work environment. They are looking for a chef that is capable of leading this kitchen – and this restaurant – to reach their greatest potential. This is a challenging job that will require strong communication skills, organization, attention to detail and focus.
