The teams behind Monument Restaurant & Tavern and Capo South Boston are looking for hard working, enthusiastic, team-oriented individuals to join our Front of House team at our new Italian concept restaurant in Charlestown! We are a high-volume neighborhood restaurant group with restaurants in both Charlestown and South Boston, who will be serving rustic Italian, housemade pasta, steaks and chops, and creative cocktails, beer, and wine. Ideal candidates have flexible weekend availability, integrity and positive attitudes, a sincere love for hospitality, and value working in a community.
