An award-winning Boston restaurant group is hiring an experienced Chef de Cuisine or Executive Sous Chef.
They are seeking ego-free leadership and experience for an extremely visible, high end and tasting menu-only concept. Ideal candidates will have previous managerial experience in fine dining restaurants, and will be comfortable leading a skilled team in a precise and meticulous manner, analyzing data, and working closely with service managers and FOH to ensure a great guest experience.
