Italian/Mediterranean fine dining establishment seeks Chef de Cuisine with at least five years working experience. They are a five-star restaurant in Boston’s North End. They desire a hands-on, take-control individual who will be responsible for ordering, environmental control, portion control, the prep and cooking of sauces and meals and complete supervision of back room employees etc. Starting salary would be 70K plus, depending on your talents.
