Looking for a Chef de Cuisine for a Boston restaurant serving lunch, brunch and dinner, with indoor and outdoor dining. Applicants must be passionate about flavor, team-orientated, and have strong communication skills.
- The Chef de Cuisine must possess a minimum of 3 years of high-volume, fine dining kitchen management experience
- Must have proven experience creating a safe work environment through training and team work
- Must have success in controlling of costs associated with running a profitable business, such as food and labor costs
