Key Responsibilities:
- Curate & manage a diverse and creative beverage program, including wine, spirits, and craft cocktails
- Lead and mentor a dedicated FOH team, ensuring top-tier service
- Collaborate with the culinary team to create complementary pairings and seasonal offerings
- Oversee inventory management, including ordering, costing, and maintaining stock levels
- Maintain strong vendor relationships to secure high-quality products
Qualifications:
- Extensive knowledge of wine, spirits, and craft cocktails, with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences
- Proven leadership experience in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant or hospitality setting
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to multitask effectively
- Certification from an accredited wine program (e.g., WSET, CMS) is preferred
