A well-established & respected restaurant is seeking a skilled professional to oversee the beverage operations, including an extensive wine list, craft cocktail program, and bar service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Curate & manage a diverse and creative beverage program, including wine, spirits, and craft cocktails
  • Lead and mentor a dedicated FOH team, ensuring top-tier service
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to create complementary pairings and seasonal offerings
  • Oversee inventory management, including ordering, costing, and maintaining stock levels
  • Maintain strong vendor relationships to secure high-quality products

Qualifications:

  • Extensive knowledge of wine, spirits, and craft cocktails, with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences
  • Proven leadership experience in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant or hospitality setting
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to multitask effectively
  • Certification from an accredited wine program (e.g., WSET, CMS) is preferred
