Bar & Event Manager: Seeking a motivated, outgoing, creative team player with bartending and bar management experience for a private club in the Back Bay. Working with our General Manager, you’ll be able to create your own bar program and cocktail menu, organize Club events, and manage outside functions for this unique organization.
Some of your responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:
- Scheduling
- Training
- Inventory
- Maintaining bar cleanliness
- Creating opening & closing procedures checklist for staff
- Managing all bar equipment maintenance and upkeep
- Coordinating with and building relationships with brands/vendors for support and promotional events
- Covering bar shifts
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years bar experience
- Minimum 1 year bar management experience
- Reliable and collegial
- Full time availability, some nights & weekends
