Commonwealth is looking for an enthusiastic, detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated professional to assist with administrative tasks for all departments, catering tours and outreach and social media. Applicants must have a passion for the hospitality industry, understand the importance of building relationships with clients, and work well in a team environment.
Catering duties include:
- touring new clients
- prep for events and deliveries
- support for the Catering Manager
Social Media duties include:
- managing Instagram and Facebook accounts
- promoting events/weddings/catering
- outreach to find new ways to promote Commonwealth!
Other administrative duties:
- entering invoices
- managing delivery websites (DoorDash/Grubhub etc)
- problem solving when issues arise with Toast

Compensation is based on experience and they are willing to train the right person. This is a full-time position.
