Columbus Hospitality Group – Reservationist

The Columbus Hospitality Group, which includes Mistral, Ostra, Sorellina, Mooo, L’Andana, Teatro and Bar Lyon is seeking a full and/or part time Reservationist to answer phones in their corporate office. The ideal reservationist candidate must have strong communication and customer service skills.

Previous restaurant experience and knowledge of Open Table and/or Resy is highly preferred, but qualified applicants with several years of customer service experience in a different field will be considered. General computer knowledge and proficient typing skills are required.

As a representative of the Columbus Hospitality Group, you will be the first point of contact for many of their guests. They are looking for someone who is able to communicate effectively with genuine hospitality and warmth.

They are currently seeking a full and part time Reservationist. Candidates with flexible availability to work 3-4 shifts per week (typical shift would be 4-8 hours). Must be available to work Thursday through Sunday with some additional flexibility. Office hours are 11:00am to 7:30pm Monday, 11:00am to 8:30pm Tuesday to Thursday, 11:00am to 9:00pm on Friday, 12:00pm to 9:00pm on Saturday, and 3-7:30 on Sundays.

Daily responsibilities of Reservationist include, but are not limited to:

Answering incoming calls for all of their Boston restaurants, including calls to their Owner, Director of Operations, and Director of Sales and Marketing. Making new reservations for guests and updating existing reservations – taking detailed notes regarding any specific requests for the reservation. Completing various office projects as assigned by the Management Team.
