Applicants should be skilled, professional individuals with at least 8 years of management experience in a high volume scratch kitchen. Responsibilities include directing and administering the planning, preparation, production and control of all culinary operations as well as managing staff in an effort to ensure a consistent product every day. Responsible for overseeing work progress to verify safety and conformance to ServSafe standards as well as an understanding of cost controls. The ideal candidate should have a passion for food and an eagerness to learn about new ingredients and new techniques, and would create menus that highlight wonderful local products available as well as the best ingredients that the market has to offer.
