Citrus & Salt restaurant by Chef Jason Santos in the historic South End is looking for a very talented Sous Chef to join their team. Citrus & Salt is a Baja-inspired restaurant with a menu influenced by the coastal cuisine of Southern California and Mexico. You will work closely with Santos in leading the kitchen team and creating an energetic, clean, safe and professional environment.
