Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless service and exceptional customer satisfaction
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve revenue and profitability goals

- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and cleanliness
- Establish strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring consistent inventory and cost control
- Implement and enforce health and safety regulations and practices

Qualifications:
- Proven track record as a successful Restaurant General Manager in a high-volume establishment
